Although we are looking for applicants based in the UK, we trust you to get the job done no matter where you are. We also think there is great value in meeting face-to-face. As such, we schedule regular days in the office to put our heads together and work through any challenges or new ideas. We also invite farmers into the office, or head out to visit them on the farm, so we get essential on-the-ground insights into how they use our technology.
We also plan regular socials and team activities to keep things fun!
Although you’ll learn lots working at FlockFinder, we’ve also set aside budget to support any additional training, courses etc. you think will help you in your role.
